Team licence

Draft: these terms are being reviewed and may change before launch.

These terms apply when an organisation (“you”, “your company”) buys or is given OrthoReady seats for its people, by card, by invoice or as a pilot. The terms of use apply to every learner as well.

1. Seats

2. The manager

The person who buys the licence manages the team: they invite and remove people, see progress and download reports. Managing a team doesn’t use a seat; the manager can take one to do the course.

3. Progress and privacy

Managers see each learner’s email address, lessons done, cases closed and certificate. Please tell your people about this before you invite them. We handle learners’ data as described in our privacy notice, and only use it to run the course and the team dashboard.

4. Renewal and ending

5. Paying by invoice

For invoiced licences, the seats, price and payment terms are on the quote or invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice unless it says otherwise. We may pause access for unpaid invoices after reminding you.

6. Pilots

A pilot is free and has no obligation. It usually runs for one month, opens Units 1 and 2 for your people, and gives you the team dashboard. You can continue with a paid licence at any time; the paid year starts that day.

7. Use of the content

The course is for training your people. It may not be copied, recorded, exported, uploaded to another system (including your own learning system) or shared outside your licence. If you need OrthoReady inside your own learning system (LMS), talk to us: a package for that is planned.

8. Refunds

Card purchases can be refunded within 14 days while they’re barely used (no learner past one unit beyond the free ones; extra seats unused; a renewed year not started), as set out in the refund policy.

9. Liability and law

The course is educational material, not regulatory, legal or clinical advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under a licence is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
