Refunds
Draft: these terms are being reviewed and may change before launch.
Try before you buy. Units 1 and 2, with their cases, are free and need no payment, so you can see exactly how the course works first. Because of that, refunds are for a quick change of mind, not for a course that has been used.
The full course
You can ask for a full refund if both are true:
- it’s within 14 days of buying, and
- you’ve started no more than one unit beyond the free Units 1 and 2 (a unit counts as started once you finish any of its lessons or its case).
Email support@orthoready.co from the address you bought with. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days. When the refund is made, the paid units close; Units 1 and 2 and your progress stay.
Team licences
The same idea, applied to the team:
- A new licence bought by card: within 14 days, while no one on the team has started more than one unit beyond the free units. The whole licence is refunded and ends.
- Extra seats: within 14 days, while the extra seats haven’t been used (invited or taken).
- A renewal: within 14 days, while the renewed year hasn’t started yet.
- Invoiced licences follow the terms on the quote or invoice. Pilots are free, so there’s nothing to refund.
Your rights under consumer law
This policy doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or similar laws where you live. If the course has a major problem, for example it doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, you’re entitled to a remedy, including a refund, whatever you’ve used and whenever you bought it. Tell us what went wrong and we’ll sort it out.
Please talk to us first
If something isn’t right, email us before disputing the payment with your bank. We usually reply within two working days.
